Job summary

Michaels Lincoln store is hiring for a team member focused on delivering friendly customer service and efficient checkout experiences. You will help customers find products, enroll them in rewards and credit programs, and support omnichannel services like BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities include truck unloading, stocking, planograms, merchandise recovery, and store recovery to keep the floor in-stock and well-merchandised. Cross-training in Custom Framing is available.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers with product location and solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP adherence.
• Interact respectfully and be a role model for team members.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
