Job summary

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions (store assistance).
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store; support shrink and safety programs.
