Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a team member to support customers, process transactions, and help with in-store and omni-channel operations. You will participate in stocking, shelf replenishment, and store upkeep while delivering friendly service.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to move around the store, and compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandise, including returns and go-backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact professionally with customers and team members.
