Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for store roles in the United States. You will assist customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly checkout experiences.

You will engage customers in rewards programs, support omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and participate in stocking and merchandising tasks to maintain an in-stock, well-merchandised store. Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns; store recovery and in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact positively with team members.
