Job summary

Michaels in Orland Park, IL is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities include supporting omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS), participating in planograms, and upholding safety and SOPs. Ability to stand long hours and cross-train in framing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Educate on VOC survey; participate in omnichannel (BOPIS/SFS)
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs)
• Maintain in-stock store; execute stock recovery and returns
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs
