Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service in-store, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well-merchandised.

Emphasis on customer solutions and POS accuracy. Role involves engaging customers with the Rewards program, supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and contributing to store recovery and loss prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash accurately.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep the store well-merchandised.
