Michaels is seeking a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will help with unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

You may participate in BOPIS/SFS processes, enroll customers in rewards programs, and support store recovery, safety, and SOP adherence. A background in retail or customer service is preferred.

Competenze

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Cashier duties and POS handling familiarity.

Mansioni

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers on surveys and Voice of the Customer (VOC).
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior and teamwork.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.
