Michaels Stores - CHI-HIGHLAND, IN store is seeking a team member to help customers, keep the store well merchandised, and process quick, friendly checkouts. The role emphasizes customer service, product location, and use of omnichannel options like BOPIS and SFS.

What you do includes unloading trucks, stocking, adhering to SOPs, and supporting safety programs while delivering our Brand Promises and a positive shopping experience for all guests.

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions
• Support shrink and safety programs
