Job summary

Michaels Shoreline store is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate items, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining in‑stock, well‑merchandised shelves while supporting BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.

You will stand for long periods, lift and move items, and work nights/weekends as needed. Michaels offers comprehensive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise presentation.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact respectfully and model Michaels values.
