Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, Davenport, IA, invites you to join the STEP Associate (Sales/Operations Rotational Program). This 12‑month program provides hands-on learning across logistics, sales, procurement, and E‑Commerce with on‑the‑job and mentor training.

You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales, gain exposure to site and corporate operations, and travel for training. The program culminates with an executive presentation of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude with strong communication.
• Excellent time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales.
• Experience site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, and E‑Commerce.
• Engage in mentor programs and residency trips to develop business acumen.
• Present key initiatives to Executive Leadership at program end.
