Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, seeks STEP Associate for a 12-month rotational program in Kansas City, MO. You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales tracks, gaining hands-on experience in sales, operations, procurement, and E-Commerce while working with a global leader.

The program emphasizes mentorship, on-the-job and e-learning training, and ends with a presentation to the Executive Leadership team on strategic initiatives. Begin in June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Rotations through Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
