World Electric, part of the Sonepar group, offers a 12-month STEP program designed to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals across rotations in Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales. The program includes on-the-job experiences, e-learning, and mentorship, with residency trips and exposure to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree is required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated self-starter attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Engage in on-the-job training, e-learning, and residency activities.
• Interact with site and corporate teams, contribute to projects and process improvements.
