Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, seeks a STEP Associate in Kansas City, MO. This 12-month rotational program offers hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics, outside sales, procurement, and project management, with mentorship and residency trips.

You will rotate through operations and sales tracks, participate in extensive training, and build critical business acumen while receiving support from a dedicated program team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and self-starter attitude.
• Clear communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across operations and sales.
• Gain exposure to warehouse/logistics and outside sales tracks.
• Engage in on-the-job training, e-learning, and expert sessions.
• Travel to different company locations for residency trips.
