Job summary

Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, launches the STEP 12-month rotational program in Davenport, IA, starting June 2027. You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E‑Commerce, and Outside Sales, gaining broad exposure to our distribution business.

You will benefit from mentoring, travel to company locations, and structured training in operations, procurement, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
• Strong communication, time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E‑Commerce, and Outside Sales.
• Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job learning, e-learning, and residency trips.
• Develop skills in operations, sales, procurement, project management and business strategy.
