Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, offers the STEP rotational program beginning June 2027. As a participant, you will rotate through Warehousing/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, on-the-job training, and residency trips to develop future leaders. You will gain broad exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, and procurement while building business acumen through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, sales or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 12-month STEP rotational program across multiple teams.
• Engage in hands-on experiences in operations, sales, marketing and procurement.
• Travel to different company locations for exposure and training.
• Prepare and present key strategic initiatives to the Executive Leadership team.
