Echo Electric, a Sonepar company, invites you to join the STEP rotational program starting June 2027 in Kansas City. This 12-month development program offers hands-on experience across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales, plus structured training and residency trips.

You'll gain exposure to site and corporate operations, procurement, and project management, with on-the-job learning and mentor support to accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales.
• Gain hands-on experience in site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA operating companies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree
