Job summary

Pearson seeks a Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics to join the North America Higher Education Customer Success team. This role aligns Pearson digital products with instructors’ learning objectives and student outcomes, with emphasis on Statistics at the college level.

The advisor will train faculty at identified accounts, develop tutorials or videos, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and other teams to support rollout and measurement of impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics required; college teaching experience required.
• Deep knowledge of statistics and pedagogy for higher education.
• Experience with Pearson digital tools and MyLab highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the integration of Pearson digital products with teaching goals.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies for MyLab.
• Create department-specific training resources (videos, guides, live/recorded webinars).
• Collaborate with Product team to advise on new platforms and features.
• Partner with Sales on campaigns, calls, and product demonstrations.
• Use milestones and rubrics to track course-design impact and communicate results to stakeholders.
