Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics to serve within the North America Higher Education Customer Success Organization. The role focuses on aligning Pearson digital tools with instructors’ objectives and student outcomes, requiring college-level Statistics teaching experience and a Master’s degree.

The advisor will train faculty, develop implementation tutorials, and collaborate across teams to optimize course design and product use.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Statistics required.
At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level in Statistics required.
Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab required.
Knowledge of multiple Mathematics and Statistics fields preferred; Data Science/Engineering exposure desirable.
Online teaching and LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with course-level administrators to align Pearson products with learning goals.
Advise on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies, including MyLab practices.
Consult with customers on content modification and implementations.
Create department-specific training resources (videos, guides, webinars).
Advise on development of new platforms, tools, and features with Product teams.
