Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics within the North America Higher Education Customer Success Organization. This role partners with course-level administrators, acting as pedagogy expert to align Pearson digital products with learning objectives and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Statistics with at least five years of college teaching experience and is a power user of Pearson MyLab.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Statistics is required.
At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level in Statistics is required.
Power-user of Pearson MyLab is required.
Knowledge/experience in multiple Mathematics/Statistics fields; Data Science/Engineering desirable.
Online teaching and LMS experience preferred.
Experience presenting at conferences is a plus.
High Achievement: Collegiate Teaching Award(s).

Responsibilities

Advise on the integration of Pearson digital products to support teaching and learning goals.
Provide training resources including videos, guides, and live/recorded webinars.
Consult with customers on modifying or creating content and on assessment strategies.
Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to inform development and campaigns.
Track and report success metrics and recommendations for course design and implementation.
