Job summary

Pearson North America Higher Education Customer Success is seeking a Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics to align Pearson digital products with instructors’ learning objectives and student outcomes. This role requires expertise in college-level Statistics and a Master’s degree.

The advisor will train faculty, develop tutorials, and collaborate across teams to optimize product rollout and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics is required.
• At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level in Statistics.
• Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab is required.
• Knowledge across Mathematics and Statistics; Data Science desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with course-level administrators to align Pearson digital products with teaching goals.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting with MyLab.
• Create training resources and implementation tutorials.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to advise on development of new platforms and features.
• Track outcomes with milestones and rubrics for course design and implementation.
