Swissport International AG seeks a Generalist HR Business Partner to provide strategic, tactical, and operational HR support at the station level in Phoenix, AZ (onsite). You will manage employee relations, performance, staffing, records, and compliance, while collaborating with corporate HR and management to align HR with business goals.

The role requires 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, ability to travel 30%, and a background in employment law.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of HR generalist experience, with an expected range of 2–5 years, and ability to travel 30%.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and practices.
• Working knowledge of employee relations and all areas of human resources.
• Basic knowledge of SharePoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Assist and lead HR functions at the station level in alignment with business objectives.
• Handle employee and labor relations, performance management, staffing, terminations, and employment records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local law.
• Support audits by Aviation Department, US Customs, TSA, and FAA.
• Conduct internal investigations and process unemployment claims.
• Prepare responses to HR regulatory claims (EEOC, DOL, etc.).
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly HR reports and conduct training as needed.
