Job summary

Swissport is seeking a Generalist, HR Business Partner to support station-level HR functions in Phoenix. You will advise management on HR best practices, manage employee relations, performance, and compliance, and collaborate with corporate HR to align with company strategy.

The role requires building positive relations with associates and management, handling records, audits, and reports, and contributing to HR initiatives in a fast-paced aviation services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with HR policies, investigations and compliance processes

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR activities at the designated station
• Counsel employees, supervisors, and managers on HR best practices
• Act as liaison between corporate HR and frontline staff
• Maintain and analyze HR data and reports
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Conduct internal investigations and handle unemployment claims
• Support HR training and special projects
