Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to lead HR functions at assigned stations in the Seattle area. You will coach managers, guide employee relations, drive performance processes, and ensure legal compliance across jurisdictions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years HR experience and strong communication. The position offers full-time work with benefits, and a focus on risk mitigation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field/discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources.
• Experience supervising and evaluating the work of others.
• Proven integrity and confidentiality in HR matters.
• Knowledge of employee relations and HR areas.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR counsel to employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Support performance processes including reviews and 1:1 meetings.
• Evaluate culture and work environment at stations and recommend improvements.
• Ensure consistent application of Swissport policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at local/regional levels.
• Assist in investigations and HR case handling, with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and respond to regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate training aligned with policies and practices as required.

Education
