Swissport International AG is seeking an HR Specialist to support the HR Business Partner and station-level HR activities. You will handle administrative tasks, onboarding, and reporting, while upholding our values of People, Professionalism, and Partnership.

The role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with SOPs. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential for success in this fast-paced aviation services environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• HR or office experience.
• Experience using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; internet savvy.
• Preferred: experience with applicant tracking systems and mining applicant databases.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative aspects of day-to-day HR activities for employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Assist with HR reports such as attendance, new hire and turnover.
• Complete paperwork for HRIS processing and related data matters.
• Assist with employee onboarding.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Arrange meetings and interviews.
• Assist with recruitment events planning and coordination.
• Assist in planning and implementing employee events.
• Greet visitors and respond to HR inquiries.
