Swissport is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to lead HR functions at assigned station(s) in alignment with business objectives and law. You will promote positive associate relations, coach leadership, and mitigate risks through compliant HR initiatives and process improvements.

You will supervise HR staff, coach managers, and ensure policy adherence while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders at local, regional, and country levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in related field/discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources.
• Previous experience of supervising and evaluating the work of others.
• Proven track record of working with integrity and confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of employee relations and all areas of human resources.
• Basic knowledge of SharePoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate position with clarity at all levels.
• Ability to obtain commitment from internal and external stakeholders.
• High energy and high motivation, with tolerance for stressful situations.
• Strong work ethic with a can-do, self-starting attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees, supervisors and managers on policy, compliance and workplace issues.
• Support performance processes including annual reviews and 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
• Evaluate station culture and advise leadership on improvements.
• Ensure consistent application of Swissport policies and local laws.
• Safeguard compliance with local badging authorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in handling employment relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and local employment laws and respond to agencies.
• Keep up to date with new employment laws and HR trends.
• Coordinate or conduct training aligned with policies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
