Swissport International is seeking an HR Specialist to support HR Business Partner at the station level in the fast-paced aviation environment. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, payroll data, and compliance tasks while upholding our values of care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of HR experience, aviation experience bonus.
• Experience with HRIS and onboarding processes preferred.
• Ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily HR emails promptly and professionally.
• Greet and assist employee walk-ins with a positive attitude.
• Oversee timely completion of I-9 submissions.
• Enter and process HRIS data changes (position, rate, status).
• Facilitate badging, fingerprinting, and customs for new hires.
• Maintain employee uniforms and related tasks.
• Support general HR administrative functions as needed.
