Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a seasoned Continuous Improvement Manager to promote and drive data-driven CI across multiple operations. You will influence change using Lean methods, analytics, and automation to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

Responsibilities include leading a CI team, developing strategy and KPIs, and coaching stakeholders across the business to adopt Ryder Business System principles. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Master's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Nine (9) years or more in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Supply Chain Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CI engineering and quality professionals and manage performance.
• Lead strategy, scorecarding, and KPI action plans across sites.
• Provide training and mentoring on Ryder Business System concepts.
• Coach in Lean methods, data analysis, and automation initiatives.
• Oversee CI projects across multiple customer accounts and report progress.
