Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to drive data-driven CI across multiple operations, interfacing with all levels of the business. You will lead Lean, engineering, and analytics initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

The role requires start-up experience, advanced skills in AutoCAD, Power BI, and WMS systems, plus the ability to travel up to 50% across sites as needed.

Qualificações

• Requires start-up experience (pre/post start-up).
• Experience with AutoCAD, WMS (Manhattan SCALE), Power BI, Snowflake, and slotting software (WareBee or Slot3D).
• Experience in Labor Planning and Labor Modeling.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of CI engineers and quality professionals; hire, coach, and develop staff.
• Lead strategy development, scorecarding, KPI actions, and stakeholder assessments.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to translate Ryder BSC concepts into practical improvements.
