Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to drive CI across multiple operations, using data analytics and Lean tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will supervise CI engineering and quality professionals, develop KPIs, and collaborate with senior leadership.

The role requires startup experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, WMS (Manhattan SCALE), Power BI, Snowflake, and slotting software. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Requires startup experience (pre or post) and strong CI background.
• Proficient in data analytics, Lean tools, and planning.
• Experience with warehouse/物流 optimization tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CI engineering and quality professionals and manage performance.
• Lead strategy development, KPIs, and action plans with senior leadership.
• Provide training and mentoring on Lean methods and data analysis.
• Develop competency in engineering methods, data analytics, and Lean tools.
• Facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events and oversee CI projects.
