Ryder System, Inc. seeks a high-impact Continuous Improvement Manager to drive a data-driven CI program across multiple operations. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategy and KPI actions, and collaborate with operational leadership to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

You will mentor staff, apply lean methods, and support start-ups, retrofits, and expansions, ensuring sustainment of improvements and alignment with corporate standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, or SCM.
• Nine+ years in distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing supply chain.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and proficiency with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with start-up/expansion in CI context is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a team of CI/quality professionals; HR decisions and performance management.
• Develop and execute strategy, KPIs, and improvement plans across sites.
• Provide training and coaching on Lean, engineering, and data analytics tools.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and sustainment activities across accounts.
• Oversee quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audits.
