Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI initiatives across multiple sites, driving data-driven engineering, automation and lean improvements to提升 performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.

You will supervise a team of CI engineers and quality professionals, develop strategy, scorecards and KPI action plans, and partner with operational leadership to implement impactful improvements while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Nine years in Distribution/Warehousing or related field preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CI engineers and quality professionals; manage performance.
• Lead strategy development, KPIs, scorecards and action plans.
• Coordinate cross-site CI projects and report progress to senior management.
• Coach teams to apply Engineering, Data Analysis and Lean methods.
• Drive start-ups, expansions and go-lives with pricing inputs and certifications.
