Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a seasoned Continuous Improvement leader to oversee CI resources across multiple operations, driving data-driven improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

You will leverage engineering methods, Power BI, CAD tools, and lean practices to identify root causes and implement sustainable changes. You will mentor teams, develop strategies, and report progress to senior leadership, while coordinating with operations directors and site managers to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management.
• 9+ years in the Distribution, Warehousing and/or Manufacturing, Transportation, Supply Chain Logistics industry.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, CAD, slotting, and WMS systems.
• Knowledge of benchmarking and data analysis for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CI engineering and quality professionals and manage performance.
• Lead strategy development, scorecards, KPI action plans, and site assessments.
• Provide training and coaching to translate Ryder B.S. concepts into local improvements.
• Develop competency in engineering methods, data analysis, Lean tools, and quality standards.
• Facilitate Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events across accounts.
