Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to drive data-driven CI programs across multiple operations. You will lead a team of CI engineers and QA professionals, develop KPIs, and coordinate with senior leaders to deliver safety, quality, and cost improvements.

The role requires startup experience, hands-on use of AutoCAD, WMS/BI tools, and labor planning, with up to 50% travel. A strong Lean Six Sigma background and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Nine+ years in distribution, warehousing, or related fields preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CI engineering and quality professionals; hire, promote, coach and manage performance.
• Develop and execute strategy, scorecards and KPI action plans; report progress to leaders.
• Provide training and coaching to translate Ryder Business System concepts to site-level activities.
• LeadLean methods, slotting, labor standards, layouts and automation initiatives to improve operations.
• Manage CI projects across multiple accounts and ensure sustainment of improvements.
