Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a senior CI leader to promote continuous improvement across multiple operations and drive data-driven change. You will oversee CI resources, coach teams, and align with leadership to deliver safety, quality, and cost benefits.

The role requires conveying Ryder Business System concepts, building competency, and guiding start-ups, retrofits, and expansions with strong analytics and Lean methods.

Qualifications

• Nine (9) years or more in the Distribution, Warehousing and/or Manufacturing, Transportation, Supply Chain Logistics industry.
• Experience with CI methods, data analysis, and Lean tools at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or SCM and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of CI and quality professionals; manage performance and develop staff.
• Lead strategy and KPI action plans; assess site needs and drive improvement.
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring on Lean, data analysis and QA processes.
