Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to promote and lead CI initiatives across multiple operations, using data-driven methods to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.

You will oversee CI resources, influence change, and work with Engineering, Automation and Lean practices to deliver measurable results. The role requires startup experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, WMS (Manhattan SCALE), Power BI and Snowflake, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain management is required.
• Master's degree preferred in related fields.
• Minimum nine years in distribution, warehousing, or transportation sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI engineering and quality teams across multiple sites.
• Develop and execute strategy with KPIs and action plans; report progress.
• Coach teams in Lean, data analytics, and change management.
