Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to drive data‑driven CI across multiple operations. You will lead CI resources, coach teams, and deliver performance gains in safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.

Travel up to 50% is required; startup and post‑start-up experience is essential. Strong skills in AutoCAD, Power BI, WMS, slotting software and Lean methods are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain management is required.
• Nine+ years in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics is required.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and PDCA methods.
• Proficient with Power BI, SQL, Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI engineering and quality teams, hire and coach staff.
• Develop and execute site CI strategies and KPIs.
• Coach owners to apply Lean, data analytics and engineering tools.
• Oversee start-ups, retrofits and expansions with go-live plans.
