Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI across multiple operations, promoting data-driven methods to boost safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

You will supervise a team of CI engineers and collaborate with senior management to drive transformative projects. Travel up to 50% is required; expertise in Power BI, AutoCAD, WMS, and Lean tools is essential to design and implement Lean processes, slotting, labor standards, and KPI tracking across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Nine or more years in distribution, warehousing or supply chain fields.
• Strong data analytics, Lean, and CI tooling experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, SQL and related analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a CI engineering and quality team and manage performance.
• Develop and execute CI strategy, scorecards, KPIs and improvement plans.
• Coach and mentor teams to apply Lean methods for operational excellence.
• Lead cross-functional CI projects from inception to sustainment.
