Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI engineering and quality across multiple operations. You will drive lean, data analytics, and automation initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth, interfacing with senior leadership and customers.

Travel up to 50% is required. You will supervise a team, develop strategy with KPIs, and mentor teams in Lean tools, PDCA, and Value Stream Mapping while supporting start-ups, retrofits, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management is required.
• Nine+ years in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Supply Chain Logistics are required.
• Lean Six Sigma, CPMA or ISO/QMS knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with data analytics tools and CI methodologies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a CI engineering and quality team and manage performance.
• Develop and execute CI strategy with KPIs and action plans.
• Coach teams to apply Lean methods for operational excellence.
• Manage start-ups, retrofits, and expansions with pricing inputs and go-live readiness.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events across sites.
