Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to champion data-driven CI across multiple operations.

You will lead a team of CI engineers and QA professionals, driving lean initiatives, slotting optimization, and WMS enhancements to deliver safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. You will collaborate with senior leadership to design strategies, develop KPIs, and roll out training on Ryder Business System concepts, with up to 50% travel to support start-ups,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management.
• Nine years or more in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation or Supply Chain logistics.
• Lean Six Sigma, required; cPMP or ISO/QMS preferred; APICS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of CI engineers and quality professionals; hire, coach and manage performance.
• Lead strategy development, scorecards, KPI action plans and regular reporting.
• Provide training and mentoring on Ryder BI, Lean methods and CI tools.
• Develop and coach on Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events and sustainment.
• Oversee CI projects across multiple accounts from start-up to steady state.
