Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator (Formula) to maintain efficient flow of products in a multi-temperature warehouse. You will operate forklifts and reach trucks, move pallets, and ensure GMP and safety standards are followed.

The role requires standing for long periods, working Sundays through Thursdays, and passing background and drug tests. Compensation includes $21.00 per hour plus production incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; capable of lifting 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate Standup Reach Truck in freezer.
• Locate proper slots on storage racks and place pallets with forklift or hand stack items.
• Transport incoming freight to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock per next day’s work orders.
• Rotate date-sensitive stock to the front and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots for temporary storage.
