Job summary

Performance Food Group in Coalport, PA seeks an experienced Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to move products through our distribution process safely and efficiently. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment to keep inventory moving and meet GMP standards.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 90 pounds, and working in cooler/freezer environments with overtime as needed. Benefits include Day 1 health coverage, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 12+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and required overtime.
• Able to lift 10–90 pounds and work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler/freezer).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and hand stack items as needed.
• Locate storage slots and position pallets on racks.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock as per procedures.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete paperwork and end-of-shift checks.
