Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution, part of Performance Food Group, seeks a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to support the distribution process. You will operate material handling equipment, move goods through staging areas, and replenish pick slots while maintaining safety and GMP standards.

This role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 90 lbs, and working in cooler, freezer, and dry environments. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday with 8–10 hour shifts and a starting wage of $20.50 plus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse experience operating a Standup Reach Truck.
• Stable work history with reliability and dependability.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (10–35 lbs, up to 60–90 lbs).
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate Standup Reach Truck in freezer.
• Locate storage slots and place pallets with forklift or hand stack items.
• Count and move incoming freight to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock per orders.
• Rotate dated stock to front and remove outdated items per policy.
• Conduct safety checks and maintain tidy work area.
