Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Forklift/Reach Operator. You will safely operate forklift equipment to move pallets, stock shelves, and support efficient distribution workflows in a multi‑temperature facility.

The role requires adherence to GMP, safety policies, and accurate reporting of inventory and conditions. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months of warehouse experience, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repetitively throughout shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/reach truck to move pallets and stock items.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock to the front of racks.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow GMP and safety policies.
• Complete receipts, inventories, and paperwork at shift end.
• Support multi-temperature environment handling (cooler/freezer/dry).
