Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator for freezer environments in Lebanon, TN. You will handle material movement, inventory placement, and order replenishment, ensuring GMP and safety standards are met.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 90 pounds, and operating standup reach trucks in multi-temperature zones. The position offers a Sunday-Thursday schedule, 9am to finish (8-10 hours), with a starting pay of $21.00 per hour plus production incentives.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience (standup reach truck).
• Able to operate multiple warehouse equipment safely.
• Must be able to work the scheduled times and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Standup Reach Truck in freezer.
• Locate slot on storage racks and palletize items with forklift or hand stack.
• Move pallets and items to freezer areas using forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock.
• Inspect items for damage and perform temperature/quality checks.
