Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to join our distribution team. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks and reach trucks to move freight, stock inventory, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations in a multi-temperature environment.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 4 AM start, in the freezer section with a $20.00 per hour pay rate and comprehensive benefits from Day 1. Previous forklift experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)
• Post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Experience operating a Stand-up Reach Truck

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck to move and store goods in freezer, cooler and dry areas.
• Locate slots, replenish pick slots, rotate stock, and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Maintain safety and GMP standards, complete paperwork, and ensure accurate location data.
• Perform safety checks, keep work area clean, and report unsafe conditions.
• End-of-shift tasks include equipment shutdown and batteries replacement as needed.
