Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support distribution operations in our Lebanon, TN facility. You'll operate material handling equipment, move freight from receiving to storage, and help maintain accurate inventory while meeting safety and GMP standards.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday 9am to finish with 8-10 hour shifts, earning $20.50 per hour plus production incentive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience operating a Standup Reach Truck.
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and overtime.
• Able to lift and move items weighing 10-90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate Standup Reach Truck in freezer.
• Locate proper slot on storage racks and set pallets in place with forklift or hand stack items.
• Locate and perform count checks of incoming freight in the staging area and transport to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock items according to next day's work orders.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory per company policy.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately.
