Job summary

Life Style Staffing in Columbus, OH seeks an internal HR/Recruiting and Customer Service Assistant to gain valuable experience in sourcing qualified candidates, onboarding, and client relations.

You will design hiring stages, conduct interviews, maintain recruiter metrics, prepare offers, and support payroll and attendance processes, all while upholding integrity and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Design procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions.
• Recruit for qualified candidates using databases, networking, internet resources, media, and referrals.
• Creating onboarding documents and conduct onboarding classes.
• Perform interviews with potential candidate and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes and conduct all necessary background checks/reference checks.
• Prepare and extend offers to select candidates.
• Document all applicant and client information correctly into applicant tracking system.
• Supervise current employee attendance and performance; provide corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual hiring status reports.
• Work with our clients to monitor their staffing needs and project future staffing levels.
• Advertise job openings across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages and social platforms).
• Conduct site visits at clients as needed.
• Validate and process payroll in a timely manner.

Requirements:
