Job summary

Life Style Staffing is seeking an internal candidate to join our Human Resources/Recruiting and Customer Service teams. This role focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, building relationships with clients, and supporting onboarding and payroll processes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with experience in recruiting or a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, problem solving and time management skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates and building client relationships is a plus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions.
• Recruit qualified candidates using databases, networking, internet resources, media, and employee referrals.
• Create onboarding documents and conduct onboarding classes.
• Perform interviews with potential candidate and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes and conduct all necessary background checks/reference checks.
• Prepare and extend offers to selected candidates.
• Document all applicant and client information in the applicant tracking system.
• Supervise current employee attendance and performance; provide corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual hiring status reports.
• Work with clients to monitor staffing needs and forecast future staffing levels.
• Advertise job openings across multiple channels (e.g. job boards, careers pages and social platforms).
• Conduct site visits at clients as needed.
• Validate and process payroll in a timely manner.
