Beacon Hill Solutions Group in Madison, WI is seeking an Account Executive to grow a book of business by identifying prospective clients, delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with our recruiting team to place top talent.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a proven ability to negotiate. You will travel to client sites, build relationships, and drive revenue with base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals.
Conduct high volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
Meet with clients on sites, deliver sales presentations, understand client needs.
Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs.
Manage client relationships as first point of contact during job order process.
