Beacon Hill seeks an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses needing temporary staffing solutions. You’ll travel to client sites, conduct presentations, and collaborate with recruiters to place top talent.

You’ll use your interpersonal and negotiation skills to grow accounts, close deals, and represent Beacon Hill across the market. A strong drive, resilience, and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calls, referrals, etc.
• Proactive high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
• Meet with clients, visit work sites, deliver sales presentations, and understand client needs.
• Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs during the job order process.
• Manage client relationships as the primary contact during the job order process.
